The 2025 members meeting announcement

An earlier invitation to dialogue between NRS members and its executive team. The programme and timetable are preserved as a historical record.

What the meeting was intended to do

The announcement introduced a standing meeting to keep members informed, engaged and connected. It invited members and NRS leadership to discuss initiatives, exchange updates and work through decisions affecting the organisation’s future.

  • Leadership briefings: hear from the NRS President and executive committee about strategic developments and decisions.
  • Collaborative dialogue: discuss proposals, policy direction and member-led initiatives.
  • Community insights: share milestones, surface challenges and hear about opportunities across the network.
  • Professional networking: connect with fellow members, partners and contributors.

The timetable in the announcement

The detailed timetable listed Wednesday, 14:00 SAST (12:00 UTC), on Zoom, for approximately 45 minutes. The introductory paragraph instead said Monday. This inconsistency belongs to the earlier announcement; neither statement confirms a future meeting date.

The later membership guidance

The later announcement, first published on 30 October 2025, described Wednesday meetings at 12:00 UTC and a three-step route: register, receive membership confirmation from NRS, then obtain access to the meeting. It focused on regional insights, ongoing projects and open discussion among members.
